The ready-to-wear fashion brand Liu Jo has signed a worldwide license agreement with Perfume Holding, to create, develop and distribute fragrances under the Liu Jo brand.

Liu Jo is a premium brand that’s growing in Italy, as well as abroad. It has moved progressively from annual revenue of 91 million Euros in 2005 to revenue of 273 million Euros in 2012.

Enrico Ceccato, CEO of Perfume Holding, stated:

“We strongly believe that Liu Jo has a tremendous potential of becoming soon a global beauty brand. Perfume Holding is proud to add a new masterpiece of Italian creativity and entrepreneurship to its portfolio. With its well balanced mix of Italian and French culture and quality, Perfume Holding will capture the real DNA of the brand and donate to Liu Jo the seduction that only fragrances can give.”

Marco Marchi, vice president and owner, with his brother Vannis, of Liu Jo S.p.A. added:

“We are proud to have finalised this licensing agreement, which projects Liu Jo in a highly fashion-sensitive market in terms of taste, consumer patterns and ability to build brand value. Moreover, we are confident that the partnership with Perfume Holding will enrich our brand extension strategy significantly.”
